Dr. Josh Levine, Ph.D., BCBA, LBA

Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Josh Levine began his ABA therapy journey in 1999 as a direct support staff in group homes for individuals with severe behavior challenges in Orlando, FL. After witnessing a decline in quality, insights, and know-how in numerous ABA companies that transitioned from clinically owned and operated structures to private equity and venture capital ownership, he decided to establish his own ABA practices in 2021. As a company owner, he co-founded Momentum with the vision of providing BCBAs the opportunity to become leaders in the ABA therapy space, practice autonomously, and secure a strong financial future for themselves and their families by owning their own ABA therapy companies.

Airel Lufkin, M.S., BCBA

Chief Operations Officer

Airel Lufkin has been a part of the ABA field since 2018. Since entering the field she has enjoyed all of the steps along the way. This includes starting out as an RBT, gaining her masters and becoming a BCBA, moving up to Senior supervising BCBA then to Clinical Director of a large VC/PE backed company. In the time that Airel was a Clinical Director, she saw the effect that VC/PE owned companies had on the quality of care, turnover rates and loss of clinicians' passion for the field of ABA. Observing this deterioration of passion for the field, Airel set her sights on a Clinician Owned/Clinician Operated route. This is where she met Dr. Levine. This has led to the pursuit of assisting other clinicians in becoming CEO’s and providing the highest quality of care to our communities around the country.

Roger Iris

Chief Financial Officer

Roger Iris is an accomplished executive with a history of driving company growth and success. As President of Workway, he led the company from its inception to $100 million in sales within five years. His leadership earned Workway a spot on the "INC 500" fastest-growing private companies list. After successfully selling Workway, in 2010 he found his passion in helping families and children with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. Currently,

Roger is the CFO for Change Factors Analysis Inc., Assessment, Consultation and Treatment (ACT), Tustin ABA Services for Kids (TASKids), TASKIDS INC, Texas ABA services for Kids, Spiritos School and Child Communication and Behavior Specialists. In these roles, he oversees all financial reporting, forecasting functions, including cash flow, budgeting, revenue and expense analysis, as well as leading operations and strategic direction.

Jason Julia, M.A., M.S., BCBA, LBA

Chief Clinical Officer

Jason Julia entered the ABA field in 2015 as an RBT. In August 2020, he became a BCBA in the height of the pandemic when clinics, schools, and private insurance settings were shut down. He created an online system that connected clients together to continue quality ABA services. His success led him to a job on the Big Island of Hawaii where he worked his way up the corporate ladder until he was Vice President of ABA. He quickly learned that PE and VC companies believe more in numbers than they do the care of their clients. He joined Josh Levine’s company in 2021 and worked on a Clinically Owned and Clinically Operated system. This model has found success with communication and transparency between employees and the families they serve.

Gabriel Sanchez

Chief Strategy & Growth Officer

Gabriel brings an executive leadership background in finance and has a track record of spearheading strategy and growth across various projects with Silicon Valley companies such as Google, LinkedIn, and Tesla. Gabriel developed an interest in ASD and various tech applications while leading an AI/ML/CV startup (with Josh) that focused on helping individuals with ASD. Practitioners in the ABA field are overworked, under tremendous stress, and well deserving of the economic gains that come from the valuable work they do—dedicating themselves tirelessly to countless individuals and families. By improving social skills and reducing challenging behaviors in patients, ABA practitioners contribute significantly to the development and independence of society as a whole.
